Process

A predictable path from set to turnover.

Millwork goes wrong when the shop and the jobsite do not share a sequence. This is ours.

01

Drawings, specs, and a walkthrough

We read the set. We walk the building if it exists. We tell you what will hold and what will cause trouble.

02

Shop drawings, samples, mock-up

Designers see the finish in person. GCs see how a unit actually goes together. Production does not start on a guess.

03

New York production

Capacity for 550 kitchens a month, about 6,000 cabinets. Changes get absorbed here instead of on a boat.

04

Delivery and in-house install

Floors released in the order the building needs, not the order that is convenient for the shop.

05

Punch and attic stock

We close the list. We leave what the building will need when something takes a hit two years later.

If you already have a bid date, skip the rest and send the set.
